Basically, our furnished apartments are top maintained and serviced. In order to make the operation of technical equipment easy for you, we will instruct you in its handling right at the beginning. Gladly also in English – for tenants who are not from German-speaking countries. If a small mishap does occur, please notify us. We will send the company’s own janitor or a specialized craftsman to you. This immediately provides professional remedy for the inconvenience.
